Have questions about Arbonne Bankruptcy? Have you heard it called Arbonne Restructuring? I think that both phrases are fairly accurate, it just depends on who you are talking to.
First of all congratulations on getting this far. It shows that you are thinking independently. You want to know more. Even if it means listening to someone else. I am writing this article because I am tired! Tired of not knowing whats going on. Tired of all the different stories I hear. If you are too, keep reading.
American Bankruptcy Institute, File For Bankruptcy, Delaware Bankruptcy Court,
You need to know that I have been a mentor with a group called Mentoring For Free for a couple of years now. We teach people HOW to think, not WHAT to think! I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with many people in many different companies. I work with many other mentors and between all of us we've seen literally hundreds of companies. It is this group I would like to credit for my critical thinking, even if it makes some people mad sometimes.
I have nothing to lose by getting you to think about the truth! I would like you to think about that. I want to arm you with the tools you'll need to get to the relevant facts, and then let you draw your own conclusions.
If you'd like to educate yourself on exactly what to expect in the next few months I have a few suggestions for you.
1) Read your policies and procedures. This is your contract with the company. As a general rule, the longer they are the more hidden clauses there could potentially be. The shortest P & P's I've ever seen is 3 pages. The longest is over 150 pages. Also, it is helpful to read starting with the last page. I have found a few nasty 'gotchas' on the last few pages. No matter which company you are with, you must find out what your company can or cannot legally do. This way there will be no surprises. Feel like you need a lawyer to decipher your contract? You can get into contact with me, and either I or another mentor can help you, and let you know the most common things to look for.
2) Understand what Chapter 11 Bankruptcy means. You can go to Wikipedia and do a search for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
3) Read the court document that Arbonne filed. If you can't find it, contact me and I'll send you a copy. You will find the straight facts here because it is a legal document.
4) Spend some time reading online. This is one of the ways you can see things exactly as they are. You will find both sides of the story. I've found a few different blogs that present the facts with many comments from people who are pro-Arbonne and people who are not. I found it very educational. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is. I have learned A LOT using this method. I would suggest just Googling "Arbonne bankruptcy."
Well, I think that's probably all the homework I'd suggest you for now. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're having any trouble finding any of the references I've listed. Please understand that I don't want Arbonne to go under! I know there are many hard-working, brilliant people in this company. I also don't want any of you to get discouraged or give up on the network marketing industry.
From working in Mentoring For Free I can tell you that network marketing works! It never hurts to arm yourself with all of the facts, so you can know what to expect.
